Order placed for two pans, one arrived after 10 days and the other disappeared into thin air when I was about to ask for a refund, it arrived miraculously. The packaging was completely damaged but the pan was intact. I am really satisfied with the item. It works perfectly. Besides being beautiful to look at, if food sticks, just a moment in water is enough to clean it perfectly. Truly an excellent product.
